- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days will incur charges based on the timing of the cancellation.
- Changes and Modifications: Any changes to the booking must be communicated promptly. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
- Liability: NSD Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked tour.
- Documentation: Passengers are responsible for having valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification.
- Conduct: We expect all travelers to adhere to local laws and respect cultural norms. Misconduct may result in termination of the tour without a refund.
