- Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as non-refundable flight tickets and special promotions, may not be eligible for refunds. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
- Modification of Bookings: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made in writing.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
