In a one-way drop booking with NSD Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. Company, you are requesting a transfer from one city to another for the forward journey only. Therefore, you do not need to pay for the round trip if you only require a drop-off. One-way drop bookings are typically 25-50% cheaper than round-trip journeys with NSD Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. Company.

The price for a one-way trip is determined automatically by our system, taking into account various factors including the likelihood of the driver getting a fare for the return journey. This ensures competitive pricing and affordability for our customers.

We exclusively provide air-conditioned (A/C) cars that are expected to be in working condition at all times. However, there is one exception: for trips to hilly areas, the A/C must be turned off during driving within the hilly region. This measure is taken to prevent overloading on the car engine and ensure safe travel through challenging terrain. Rest assured, our vehicles are maintained to high standards to ensure your comfort and safety throughout your journey.

Upon booking, we provide a confirmation email and SMS that include all the necessary details for your reference. This includes information such as your booking details, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time of the booking, vehicle details, chauffeur's information, and any other relevant instructions or special requests. No, registration is not mandatory to book a cab. You can proceed with booking a cab without registering. However, signing up has its benefits as it allows us to keep you informed about our latest offers and deals. Additionally, registered users may enjoy certain perks and convenience features such as quicker booking processes, access to booking history, and personalized recommendations based on your preferences.

No, the price listed on the website is the final amount you will need to pay. Our quotes are completely transparent, and we provide a comprehensive list of all applicable charges upfront. However, please note that toll tax, state tax, and parking charges are not included in the quoted price. The client will be responsible for paying any additional charges for toll tax, state tax, and parking fees as per the actual amounts incurred during the journey.

If a cancellation is made within 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, you will be responsible for paying 15% of the total booking amount as cancellation charges.
